We believe that a great media system is the result of strategic planning and design. We are not trying to sell you a piece of equipment, we want each system component to play a part in a bigger picture that fufills the goals of your organization. We use a full compliment of system design tools including Wire Cad, Smaart Live an EASE. Rose Media has an outlined process that we use for each client.
Dream – It is important to know what your long term dreams are for your media system needs. What would you like to accomplish if finances where unlimited? After we determine what the long tearm goals are we move on to evaluation.
Evaluate – We evaluate the facilities, users, workflow and available resources. It is in this step that we do things like take measurements, acoustical responses, equipment inventory, determine site-lines, etc. Once we have all of this data we move to the design phase.
Design – The system design is the most crutial area of the process. In this part we create CAD drawings that capture every detail of the system. By the time the system design is complete we know exactly how many feet of cable will be used as well as where each piece of equipment will be located in the racks. We also do complete acoustical room mapping and can tell you exactly how a speaker system will perform in a given space before it is installed. It is at this point that we collaborate with structural engineers and architects to determine the equipment’s impact on the space.
Installation - System installation is where we see all of your dreams come true. We work with experienced contractors to provide professional and thorough installation. All cables feature labels that correspond to CAD wiring diagrams. System components are optimized to the task they are given. We also provide audio room tuning and projector calibration.
Training - With new equipment comes the challenge of training your paid or voluteer staff to use it. With each system we offer training from both Rose Media and the manufactures. We will work with you to determine what your training needs are how we can best help you meet them.
Support – Rose media provides ongoing support for your system. In the even of component failure we will work with you to make sure these issues are resolved as fast as possible. We can also help resolve both warranty and non-warranty issues.
